It is part of the World Heritage Site, Churches and convents of Goa located in Old Goa, India. Wax museum: Old Goa is the home to India's second wax museum. Each figurine is carefully sculpted of paraffin wax; the hair used is natural, although the eyes and teeth are artificial. The museum has over 30 life-size, statues of famous personalities of Indian culture, heritage and religion. One of the main attractions is the sculpting of the 'last supper' which is 22 feet in length and weights 500 kilos. A guide talks you through the statues at the museum, and explains who the statues are of, what they represent and how long it took to make the sculpture. The guided tour is in English and Hindi. Other main attractions include Mahatma Gandhi, Radha Krishna and Bethlehem. There is a statue called 'say no to drugs' which shows you the side effects of taking drugs and this really brings the concept to life. The is a small gift shop where one can purchase candles of various designs and shapes and smells. Mangeshi Temple: Shri Mangesh temple is located at Mangeshi Village in Priol, Ponda taluk, Goa. It is at a distance of 1 km from Mardol close to Nagueshi, 21 km from Panaji the capital of Goa, and 26 km from Margao. H.H.Shrimad Swamiji of Shri Kavale Math is Spiritual head Of Shri Manguesh Saunsthan Mangeshi. St Agustin Tower: Church of St. Augustine is a ruined church complex located in Old Goa. The church was completed in 1602 and is part of the World Heritage Site, Churches and convents of Goa. Meal Plan: - Dinner Only Day 02 Manali – Solang valley and Atal Tunnel – Manali: - After breakfast visit the Atal Tunnel is a highway tunnel built under the Rohtang Pass in the eastern Pir Panjal range of the Himalayas on the Leh-Manali Highway in Himachal Pradesh after visit to the Solang Valley in Manali is located at 13 kms in a side valley at the top of the Kullu valley, is splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. Solang valley offers the view of glaciers and snow-capped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes. The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose. Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied sports Institute, Manali. Now a few hotels have also come up. The winter skiing festival is organised in Solang Valley. Skiing and Paragliding are two main activities are organised here. Apart from this many other adventure sport are available like, Horse Riding etc. Evening time back to hotel. Over Night at Hotel. Day 1 : Cochin-Munnar (140km/4.5hrs) After breakfast drive to Munnar hills (160 Kms); one of the most popular hill stations in Kerala and in southern India with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. Overnight Stay in – Munnar Day 03 : Munnar – Tekkady (110km/3.5hrs) After Breakfast check out and proceed to Thekkady. You can enjoy a beautiful journey through the hills and valleys of Western Ghat to reach this jungle destination. Thekkady is well known for one of the world`s most fascinating wild life reserves - Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Check in your hotel and later go for an optional Kathakali show, Spice plantation visit, elephant ride, or an Ayurvedic massage treatment there. You can opt for a cruise on Lake Periyar Boating will take approximate 2 hours and you can also get rare glimpses of wild animals. Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove. Overnight stay at Hotel. Day 4 : Thekkady-Alleppey Houseboat (150km/3.5hrs) After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and Proceed to Alleppey also known as Venice of the east .Board the Houseboat which will sail through the backwaters of Alleppey. Houseboat will cruise from 12 noon till sun-set (around 5.30 pm) with one hour stop for serving lunch. Morning cruise will be from 8 am to 9 am.
